Feather scorch, then nothing more  
No heartache starting at the door  
Lost to patterns on the floor

I heard the faded lion roar  
I saw the wind blaze through  
I gazed at the blight  
And I saw you  
Just you

Ah Faded, lacquered milieu  
Last butterfly of fall  
Stone under the sand  
White Egret stand tall  
Watching waiting for the fall
